Upper Floor

​

The majority of the upper level (100 m2) is for daily activities: kitchen, living room plus two terraces that are accessible through double doors. The entire 1st floor has floor heating.

Living room

​

Upstairs you will find our cosy living room with comfortable furniture, a big flatscreen TV and a bluetooth Philips Music Box. In the big cubboard there is a small supply of liquor which is free for you to use. However, please be so kind to add.

​

Kitchen

​

The half-open kitchen is equipped with a big oven, stove and dish-washer. It also includes a big fridge and all the plates and cutlery you need. There is small supply of food and herbs etc. Feel free to use it, but please be so kind to replace when finished.

​

Master bedroom

​

This is the upper bedroom with a double bed (160x200). The bed faces the breathtaking view of the valley of Dolceacqua. The room has a connecting bathroom with shower and bath.

Toilet

There is a separate toilet in the hallway

 

Ground Floor

Bedroom 2

​

Going down, you will find the first bedroom on your left. This room is adjecent to the beautiful pool terrace. The room has a double bed (180x200).

Bedroom 3

​

Going further down the hall way you will find the second bedroom downstairs on your left. This room has a double bed (160x200). When opening your bedroom doors you will be greeted by the olive trees and singing birds on the pool terrace.

Bedroom 4

​

The next room has two single beds (2x 90x200) and a closet. This room also has opening doors to the terrace downstairs

Magazzino

​

At the end of the hallway downstairs, there is a big garage with pingpong table, baby bed and baby chair. This room can function as a play room.

Bathroom

​

In the hallway downstairs you will find a big bathroom with a shower, a bath and a toilet.

Exterior

Terraces

​

The front terrace has a shade cloth. There is also a large outdoor dining table for eating  ‘al fresco’

The terrace besides the kitchen is equipped with a pergola covered with anti solar material (cloth or straw mats). A large lounge couch with cozy pillows is provided. Also a nice little outside fire stove.

A Weber barbeque is available.

Swimming Pool

​

• There is a large swimming pool 9,50m - 3,75m

• The pool has a salt elektrolysis sytems. No added Chlorine

• The pool is heated or  cooled  whatever makes it more convienient

• There is an outside shower beside the pool with warm water

• There are no fences around the pool , however the entrance to the pool can be closed

• You are responsible for yourself and your chidren in or nearby the pool

• The Pool is surrounded by  100m2 of hard wooden terraces with enough loungers

• The pool has a maintenance several times a week (Wednesday and Saterday)

Access and Parking

​

Access to the villa is easy by car. The entrance can be closed with a electric fence. In the area there is room for 2 or 3 cars. Above the villa there is another parking place for 1 car.
